Snowtubing rules in Santa’s Snowtubes
Children aged 10 and over may enter without a guardian.
All riders, both adults and children, must have a valid ticket.
Children aged 4–6 must ride in the same tube as a ticketed adult.
All riders, included the children, must be able to sit safely in the tube and hold the handles securely.
A separate small tubing slope is available for children under 4 years of age.
All riders must respect other riders and follow the instructions given by our staff.
Entering Santa’s Snowtubing under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
One rider per tube, unless a particular slope/tube is specifically designed for two people.
Wait until the previous rider has cleared the slope before starting.
Leave the landing area immediately after your ride. Do not stop or stand at the bottom of the slope.
Always use the designated routes for walking back up the hill. Do not walk up or across the tubing slopes.
Sit properly inside the tube and hold the handles throughout the ride. Do not ride standing, kneeling or lying head-first.
Do not link or hold tubes together, unless specifically permitted by staff.
Do not push other riders or deliberately collide with other tubes.
Follow all signs and staff instructions at all times.
Suitable winter clothing and footwear are strongly recommended.
The slopes may be temporarily closed due to weather, snow or safety conditions.
